Reported Apartment Rents by Berlin District

District data can narrow your housing search, but the homes behind each figure still matter.

Every live district figure below includes its sample size and a coverage note. Treat smaller samples as an early signal, not a ranking of every home in that district.

Use district data fairly

GermanyRent sets a pin’s district from its final location. Contributors do not choose it manually, so the map, filters, and live district summaries stay aligned with the rental location.

  1. Match the room count you need.
  2. Separate furnished and unfurnished homes.
  3. Separate shared homes from whole flats.
  4. Check when the reported rent began.
  5. Look at the number of reports before drawing a conclusion.

A district is not a neighbourhood

Berlin districts are large, and reported rents can vary by street, transport links, building type, size, and nearby amenities. Use a district as a first filter, then explore individual pins near the places you are considering.

Start with the districts on your real shortlist and compare similar homes nearby.

Community-reported pins are not an official rent index and do not represent every home in a district.
